CSA stands for Comunity Supported Agriculture
A CSA is a partnership of mutual commitment between a farm and a community of supporters that provides a direct link between the production and consumption of food. Supporters cover a farm's yearly operating budget by purchasing a share of the season's harvest. CSA members make a commitment to support the farm throughout the season, and assume the costs, risks and bounty of growing food along with the farmer or grower.
This CSA option will include a recipe for the week with the contents in the bag each week to make the recipe. These will be easy and simple recipes. This option will help you learn how to use veggies in quick, easy, and delicious ways!
This is a 4 week session (all in a row) with a recipe provided each week. This option might include fruits, veggies, dried items such as rice and beans, herbs, eggs etc.
There are two options to chose from:
Medium: which portions will be enough for a family 2-4
Large: which portions will be enough for a family of 5-7
I will email you each week what will be in the bag so that you have time to prepare if needed!
