CSA stands for Community Supported Agricultural
Subscribe to our weekly newsletter to make sure you get the weekly list of veggies!
A CSA is a partnership of mutual commitment between a farm and a community of supporters that provides a direct link between the production and consumption of food. Supporters cover a farm's yearly operating budget by purchasing a share of the season's harvest. CSA members make a commitment to support the farm throughout the season, and assume the costs, risks and bounty of growing food along with the farmer or grower.
We’ve put our own spin on this by making it “customizable”. We know that sometimes folks get items they might not want... SO we have made it to where you can switch items out each week for things you know you will eat.
However, if you haven’t had an item before always give it a try... : )
This is a 13 week session (all in a row) of 6-8 different local farm fresh veggies delivered to you or a drop off location of your choice. This breaks down to about $25-30 of fresh veggies each week!
There are two options to chose from:
Medium: which portions will be enough for a family 2-4
Large: which portions will be enough for a family of 5-7
Both include items such as seasonal veggies, mushrooms, fruit and herbs.
You can also chose to exchange items out for extras of others or other items that may be available.
